Your host, Kaleb Sinclair, is a passionate psychologist determined to further the discussion on race and equality.

How can you unlock authentic spaces for yourself to exist? How is it that you can reshape your life and build sanctuaries of safety, vulnerability, and healing? In this episode, I sit down with fellow therapist James Innocent to discuss the journey towards unlocking authenticity. In this episode we share our own real world experiences as Black men cultivating authenticity, psychological research, and how to can take steps towards creating authentic spaces in your own life. SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "DR. HORTON" who is my partner in research regarding empathy. I could not do it without his help and guidance as an academic, friend, and mentor.
